How long will it take to get my cheesecake?

We generally need 7 days from the time your order is placed until your cheesecake ships. We ship cakes on Mondays and Tuesdays, excluding holidays.   If you need your cake for a specific event please call our shop at 503-383-9323 and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Shipping and refunds

We ship our cakes on Monday and Tuesday of every week, excluding holidays.   If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please contact us to discuss shipping options for your state.    We do not offer refunds for our cakes, but if you are unhappy with your order please contact us by phone or email and we will work with you to make it right. We love our customers!

Can my cake be delivered outside of Silverton, OR?"

Yes! We can now ship our cheesecakes to anywhere in the U.S. We also have in store pick-up and different shipping options available as well.

Can I order a custom cheesecake?

We will do our best to work with you to make your perfect cheesecake, but may not be able to accommodcate every request. Please contact us to learn more.

Do you ship mini cheesecakes and slices?

At this time we only ship our full size cheesecakes. If you would like to make a special request please call our shop and we will do our best to accommodate your desired order.    Mini cheesecakes and single slices are available for in store pick-up. Please call us to place an order.

Can I place an order for in store pick-up?

Yes, we offer in store pick-up at our shop in Silverton, OR. We need 3 days notice, please call our shop at 503-383-9323 to place your order.   We always try to keep a selection of cheesecakes in our shop, if you need a cake right away please call and we will tell you what we have available.    Our shop is located at 115 N Water St. Silverton, OR 97381. Our store hours (summer) are Tues 12-4p, Wed-Thurs: 12pm-5pm, Fri-Sat: 12pm-7pm, Sun 12-4pm
